Questo appointment marks the end of the training "Beyond 2" the National Center for Voluntary promoted with the support of Cesvot volunteers to provide skills useful to the implementation of projects aimed at spreading a culture dialogue between different, especially among young people.
The morning was very interesting: they have been presented and discussed Tuscan intercultural experiences - including also the project 'If you do not you know I avoid' - and processes of interaction with new people.
Speakers included, among others, the Councillor for Social Policies of Province of Lucca Mario Regoli, Don Bruno Frediani (CEIS), Roberto Ermanni (Arci Toscana), Sergio Bontempelli (with Africa), Federico Fambrini (Fingerprint Cooperative) and Alda Brother (teacher Vallisneri of high school). There was also an interesting testimony of one of our fellow citizen of Chinese origin, Matthew Ye Huiming (Prato-China Cultural Association).
I, for the CNV, I presented the project, while Mark and Matthew other actors, presenters and brought the students to participate the video box on the security and, above all, to respond to the questionnaire that the operators themselves have prepared. Questionnaire that is allowing us to collect valuable information already about the real sense of security / insecurity of the citizens of Lucca. In this case, because the course participants came from various parts of Tuscany, as well as the speakers, we collected data for a comparison between different areas and cities.
In particular we remember the words of Don Bruno Frediani, that, in his speech, he has briefly traced his personal history, always in contact with human suffering that often has greatly enriched through a spiritual journey into your inner self and driven by the desire to go beyond the boundaries that sometimes stand between men ... A way of life and a story to see that we also gave rise to the desire to imitate.
The morning ended with a frugal refreshments shared by all participants. And the way to new adventures in our camper! The next steps? On May 22, 2009 we were in a Moriano Bridge (short-publish the report) and then, on May 23, in Lammari, at "Of course, a party full of taste, the roots of the territory and 'environment.
Do not be afraid," promoted by 27 Italian and international associations.
